Responsible for security and safety of entire campus.
To cater for all emergencies on campus.
Control the behavior of students, staff and contract workers.
Resisting ragging activity, if any.
Theft prevention and CCTV monitoring.
To make and display Fire Fighting Plan, Evacuation Plans, Refuge Area and Electrical Layouts for whole premises.
To formulate security policies such as Parking, Visitors, Keys, Dress Code, Discipline etc.
Supervise and maintain firefighting equipment.
Accountable for all inward and outward material.
Liaison with local police, BMC, Fire, BEST and other Government officials to attain Institute goals.
Training, deployment and grooming of guards.
Service orientation i.e. water supply, pest control, water & septic tanks cleaning, helping students in distress etc.
