Dale Carnegie Workshops

The Institute imparts workshops by Dale Carnegie Training Institute (US) on Interpersonal Skills. The syllabus of the program is set keeping the core objectives which helps the student to have an easy transfer from education world to corporate world. The students in this program are also trained to deal with Group Discussions & Personal Interviews. Six workshops (one per semester) are conducted free of cost for every student at VSIT.

The Dale Carnegie Training Program is imparted to all students in all semesters in well-defined modules. ‘Gen Next’ (Generation Next) in the First Year and ‘Step Up to Professional Excellence’ in the Third Year are examples of two such modules which emphasize on basic communication etiquette and pre-recruitment training. Such soft skill training sessions give a competitive edge to students and time and again have proved to be invaluable during campus recruitment drives. The institute is committed to nurturing not just mere graduates but well-trained professional global citizens, who will carve a niche for themselves wherever they go.
