Message I would like to give to the students
My 3 wonderful years at VSIT had been nothing short of surprises and can be characterized by – the people I met ,the friends I made , the professors that influenced me , the opportunities provided to me ; all of which are integral in making me better today and preparing me for the real world. VSIT prepared me to be not to be just any student waving around a graduate degree, they helped me visualize my goals and reach out towards them , be confident but moreover I learnt how to be a better person. Somewhere , deep down inside of me, I do believe those long hours on presentations , meeting deadline goals , organisingshanivaarmanch(hobby club) events and college festival and extracurricular activities paid off well. But I owe most of my gratitude to the college for encouraging extracurricular activities to help students to be exposed to new and different situations, especially the NSS -The NSS was a stepping stone towards helping me grow individually as a person. It gave me a platform to throw my shyness out of the window and inability to come out of my shell and develop self-confidence, leadership traits and the likes of it.
